Plastix Plus warrants to the original purchaser (whether end user or reseller) that it will, at its option, either repair without charge only the items listed in this warranty, or replace the original Unit with a Unit of equal value or model, based on current model availability. This warranty specifically excludes damage due to accidents, misuse, alterations, improper installation, or lack of proper care and maintenance as listed in this warranty. This warranty does not apply to custom built items. This warranty covers the product only and does not apply to any other costs incurred by the product owner/user (such as installation costs, lost time/use of tools or vehicles, etc).
THIRD PARTY WARRANTIES (Mechanical locks, latches, and slides)
These products are warrantied to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service for a period of one (1) year. This warranty does not cover problems arising out of improper use. Under this warranty, the manufacturer may choose to either repair or replace products. They must be returned to the factory, shipping charges prepaid within the one (1) year warranty period. This (1) year warranty period begins when the product is purchased from Plastix Plus, whether by the end user or a reseller. You are encouraged to contact Plastix Plus first, for troubleshooting, before sending off for repair.
